My reflexology session structure and pricing have remained the same for many years. After taking time to thoughtfully re-evaluate my schedule, training, and cost of living increases, I’ll be make a few changes to I can continue offering this work in a sustainable and supportive way.

Beginning January 2026:

* Reflexology sessions will be offered primarily on Wednesdays and Fridays.
* Limited weekend sessions may be available on non-market weeks, by request and availability.
* Sessions will be available in 60 minutes ($100) or 45 minutes ($85).
* Weekly availability will be intentionally limited to six sessions per week.

Most clients choose the 60-minute session for deeper relaxation and nervous system support, while the 45-minute option is available for more focused or maintenance care.

Commitment Options:

For those interested in ongoing care, I’ll offer two limited commitment options. Commitment discounts apply to either session length.

Monthly Commitment:

Two sessions per month with a 10% savings and priority booking.

6-Session Commitment Package:

Six sessions used over three months with a 15% savings and priority booking.

As a thank-you, commitment clients will also receive a small soap appreciation gift or exclusive discount on our organic goat milk soap products.

Referrals:

If you refer a friend, you may choose either:

* $10 off a future session or package renewal, or
* A free bar of organic goat milk soap

Referral thank-you’s are applied to future bookings to keep things simple.

Cancellation Policy:

Because availability is limited, I kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be charged the session fee or counted as used for membership or package sessions.

These changes allow me to continue offering reflexology with the same care, presence, and attention you deserve.
