  • It’s cheese-making time!

    It’s been a long time since we’ve posted – apologies – lots going on, including making cheese. This is a hard goat milk cheese from two gallons of milk. It will be turned twice a day for 3-5 days, waxed, then ready to sample in six weeks. Can hardly wait! Read more
