I am pleased with this crop of Huajiao. Each year it increases. So tasty!
In the first picture you can see the black seeds bursting from the shell. The seeds get thrown away, it’s the pink shell which is used. The second picture shows the usable Huajiao pepper.
I wonder what next year’s crop will bring?
